This Shipping Policy explains how Skura Labs handles order processing, shipping, delivery, and related issues for purchases made through our store.

1. Order Processing

We process orders within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully received, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer than usual.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will do our best to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to UK & EU

Please note that some products may have shipping restrictions depending on the destination. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund where applicable.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Domestic orders: 5–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days

These delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, local disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur. Skura Labs is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs clearance

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

  • weather events

  • public holidays

  • other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We appreciate your patience if a delay occurs.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your local government.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Skura Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout.

If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us at greyvoltllc@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed.

If an order is returned to us as incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may require the customer to pay additional shipping charges before the order is reshipped.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Skura Labs is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us at greyvoltllc@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim or locating the package.

10. Damaged Packages or Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at greyvoltllc@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the package and item(s)

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

11. Returned or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Any refund issued may be reduced by the original shipping cost and any return fees charged to us by the carrier.
